Good afternoon ,
This is a difficult mail to write but as a short introduction I recently lost my Father to cancer and am not dealing with it very well at all.
I am also realising that the abuse issues that led to my divorce some 15 years ago have not healed or gone away and are impacting on my life somewhat.
Being 52 in a stable relationship with a good job I no reason to feel the way I do.
In short my family and now myself believe I need some help.
Would you have the time over the next week or two to discuss counselling/therapy options?
