Detailed Description : Hello, I have been having acidity / gastric for long time since my childhood, and my mind set is that I am not good enough, I am already doing yoga and meditation every morning since 1 year, and read self hep books . Yes am doing better than before but I still need help . Can you please help me? What therapy will be suitable for me ? CBT or EMDR?
