Detailed Description	:	Hi I’m looking to lose over 3 stone, I’ve tried everything but nothing is working for me. (Exercise and nutrition, fasting) I haven’t lost nothing since 2016. I had my diagnosis of bipolar in 2016, before that I was under 9 stone, fit and tones. Now I’m 83kg. I’m also on the contraceptive pill for my health as my menstrual cycle I was really bad in my teens. I was on different medications/ steroids but nothing helped. For my bipolar im on the abilify injection once a month! Im just looking to lose the weight immediately. Please can you help me and is there any solutions?
