I have been trained as a psychologist, gestalt psychotherapist and I have completed an MSc on Mental Health Studies. I have an extensive experience working with people with mental health problems in the community and in private practice with individuals facing anxiety, depresssion, the effects of abusive relationships and low self esteem. The aim of my work is to support individuals to raise their awareness and discover more choices towards living a fuller life.
