About Jens Massage
All my therapies are fantastic for stress relief, pain relief, relaxation, for boosting the immune system and for releasing endorphins.Swedish back massage is a deep massage, particulary good for pain relief and tension and really very good for athritis.
Reflexology is great for relaxation and great for relieving a multitude of conditions, especially great for fertility problems and constipation.It is more than just a foot massage.
Indian Head massage is great for relieving stress,for sinuses, sleeping problems and neck tension.It is carried out in a seated position.
Reiki is great for chronic pain,general pain relief and fantasic for Arthritis.It increases energy levels and promotes optimum health. Great for when you are feeling run down and in need of a pick me up.Offers deep relaxation.
I am committed to providing quality Therapeutic massage for your overall wellness and I adapt all my treatment sessions to meet your client needs.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I Trained a South Trafford College in 2007, completing Vtct and City and Guilds in Holistic Therapy.My experiance includes, working for KPMG ,doing Corporate Massage and Renting a room two days a week at Prestwich Pharmacy, doing Holistic therapies.
