Reiki is within us all, regardless if we have been "attuned" into the system, which is a very western ideology.E
Reiki is my passion and my life, it has taught me not to hold on to anger and worry, but instead to be true to myself and my own true nature. This can be difficult at first, but with practice and living in the moment it becomes much easier. Letting go of ego, anger and worry is liberating and fulfilling, compassion quickly takes their place. Being compassionate to ourselves allows us to be compassionate to others.

The Roots of Reiki are very deep, so in order to discover more about this ancient practice, I continue to study every year with my teacher Frans Stiene, who in turn studies with his teachers in Japan. Reiki is an ever increasing circle of wonder.

Courses
- I teach the original ancient Japanese Reiki, in it’s true form, from these esoteric practices came the teachings of Mikao Usui.
- Courses are held over a weekend, or a time and date convenient to the student.
- Support is given by Jenny at all times, with the opportunity to refresh the course for a year, which is free.
- All the courses are accompanied by a certificate confirming that you have followed the spiritual practice of the system of Reiki from the original Japanese perspective.
- All courses include an MP3 file by Jenny covering the main contents of the course including the meditations.

- I Have been a Reiki Practitioner for 25 years and a Reiki Master/Teacher for 13 years.
- I teach the original system of Reiki from the Japanese prospective honouring the teachings of Mikao Usui.
- Reiki treatments are also available.
- I experienced a humble and emotional time when I was a volunteer for the charity Healing Hands.
- I was sent to Bosnia after the war to treat war, torture and rape victims as well as grief for their lost loved ones.
