About Active Healing Counselling
Counselling is a gentle form of psychological healing based on a collaborative dialogue. I provide a safe and warm environment for self-exploration, approaching life’s troubles in a spirit of curiosity and compassion. My methods synthesise Eastern wisdom traditions with humanistic psychology to help you find your own way to a more fulfilling life.I help couples find a new approach to intimate relationship, the path of conscious love. The difficult challenges that sometimes accompany relationships can themselves be utilised to call forth our deepest strengths and resources. In this respect a qualified guide can show us where to look but not necessarily tell us what to see. I assist couples in creating a fertile atmosphere in their relationship for their own innate wisdom to arise and lead them forward.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I am a BACP-accredited and BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice, as well as a certified couples counsellor. Additionally, I work as a mental health and wellbeing counsellor in further and higher education.BA (hons) Counselling from the University of Greenwich

I practice the person-centred, existential and transpersonal orientations of psychotherapy.
