Equine Assisted Therapy
“is about working with a psychotherapist and a therapeutic team of horses;
it does not involve riding, or any previous experience of horsemanship”
As an Equine Assisted Therapist I know and understand my horses very well and can read their body language and facial expressions. I am familiar with their patterns of behaviour and their likely stressors and normal stress responses.
I have the ability to observe and accurately interpret, assess and record my horses process.
With the horse I can help you reach an acceptance and peace within your entire mind and body.
