About Inform physio & therapies

Inform is a Physiotherapy and Complementary Therapies practice located in Acton, West London. We provide Physiotherapy, Pilates, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki to individuals and corporate clients.

Inform was created and is run by a husband and wife team with many years experience in the NHS and the independent health sector.

We offer reasonably priced treatments for a range of different problems, from common complaints through to complex sport injuries, post surgical rehabilitation to relaxation, all in a welcoming and professional environment.

We are recognised by all major health insurers.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Zoran is experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with interest in shoulder & knee rehabilitation. He is a member of the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

After his graduation from the University of Manchester in 2004 and before setting up his own practice he has spent several years working in the NHS and subsequently in the independent sector.

As part of his postgraduate professional development he has attended many courses & seminars which have made him more effective when treating his patients.

He has experience working with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, motor accident and work injuries .

Zoran is also a very keen cook, exercise enthusiast.


Lucia Cesarini


Lucia qualified as a massage therapist in 2002, then gained a diploma in reflexology the following year.
She is a fully insured member of the CNHC and CThA.

Since 2003 she has worked for various organisations, such as the Complementary Health Trust (working with people affected by HIV), MIND and Together (mental health day centres), and London hospitals, alongside her private practice.

Since qualifying Lucia has been improving and updating her skills in both massage and reflexology, and she has recently added a qualification in Reiki to the treatments she offers.

She has experience in treating various conditions, including: muscular injuries, joint problems, chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety, and stress related problems such as IBS and insomnia. She has also an interest in women’s health, including fertility and pregnancy issues.

Lucia believes in a holistic approach to treatment, and her sessions always take into account the client’s mind and emotions together with their physical situation so to achieve best results with every treatment.

Outside of her work, Lucia enjoys fitness classes, yoga and pilates, spending time with family and friends and learning new things.

Complementary Therapies

At Inform we offer a range of holistic therapies including:Massage, Reflexology, Reiki.

You can choose to have any of the above as a stand alone treatment or as a combination; your therapist will be able to advise you on the best option for your needs.

On your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation: this will help the therapist to understand your current health situation, and to advise on the best course of treatment.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have relating to the treatment.
At the end of the session, and with each following one, you will be able to give your feedback and discuss any changes with your therapist.

Complementary therapy can really help you regain and maintain good health; it can be used by virtually anybody who wants to take care of their own health and wellbeing.

All the oils used for treatment are GM free, do not contain any animal ingredients, are not tested on animals, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
