About Physio in the City
Founded in 1990, Physio in the City has over 20 years of experience in providing high quality physiotherapy and Complementary Care. Based in the City with 4 other clinics in and around Central London including the West End, Canary Wharf, Paddington and Wimbledon.Services include physiotherapy, Chiropody, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Pilates, Acupuncture, Chinese Herb Medicine and Alexander Technique, all with the aim of speeding up the patient’s recovery from injury and to help prevent further problems in the future
My training, work experience and any achievement
At Physio in the City a wide range of services are offered by highly qualified staff, helping to provided the highest quality health care. Many therapists have been involved in sport at county, regional and national level as well as treating Elite Athletes, across various sports including Swimmers, Divers, Athletes, Tri-Athletes, Basketball Players and Gymnasts, including Olympians at the London 2012 Games. As well as this many have worked with professional Cricket, Rugby, Hockey, Football Teams.Other therapists have come from a background in the Performing Arts both as performers and therapists, and many treat professional dancers, musicians and Actors. All in all this means there is understanding of the demands of an athletes body, as well as the overworked office worker with back and neck pain.
