About The Woodland Practice
Hypnotherapy Essex. I have clients who see me for a whole range of issues. for example, I see children for issues such as Bed Wetting, Nail Biting, Anxiety, and Confidence.Generally my clients have come to see me for Anxiety, eating disorders such as Anorexia or Bulimia,IBS, Weight Loss, Chronic Fatigue, M.E., Fertility, Addictions, Unwanted Habits, Stress, Fears and Phobias, lack of Confidence, Sports or Business Performance.
It’s important to remember that not every person is the same, so i use a range of techniques such as Cognitive and Analytical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Eye Movement Therapy, PSTEC and Time Line Therapy to get the changes you want.
You have everything you need to change already, i just need to work with you to uncover the subconcious barriers that are stopping you from getting the changes you need.
My aim...is to work with you and help you to achieve your goals in the shortest possible time so you can gain the freedom to live your life the way you want to
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have trained with the most influential trainers in personal change. These being Trevor Silvestor at The Quest Intitute, David Shephard at The Performance Partnership, Rob Kelly from the IAPH and Andrew Austin for Integral Eye movement Technique.My quest has been to find the best approaches that work for me and you. I continually attend CPD workshops and I research and read lots of material to ensure I stay upto date with the latest advances in our profession.
