Restoring your Health & Wellbeing is the cornerstone of my business: no matter whether your concerns are essentially physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, my aim is to help empower YOU to move forward. I have a wide range of therapies and they are all at your disposal when you come to see me, so we are very flexible in the way that we work together. The glue that holds it all together is kinesiology: I use muscle-testing to let your body guide our sessions by deciding what level to work on and the exact priority sequence you need for a smooth healing process.I work from my lovely treatment room in Chorlton, just a few miles from Manchester city centre and hold a regular weekly session at a clinic in Stoke/Newcastle-u-Lyme. I can also do home visits in those areas if you are mobility-restricted.
If it’s bodywork that you need, then book for a massage session to sort out your aches, pains and training injuries. I have a really solid background and a good understanding of sports and training so will do my best to get you back to full fitness asap. Treatment can also include the Scenar hand-held biofeedback device for really rapid healing.
I also offer services in corporate Stress Management: this can include regular massage at the desk or workstation, and information/workshop sessions helping your staff to manage their stress on a daily basis to reduce sickness absence and staff turnover. If it’s deeper work that you’re looking for then kinesiology really comes into its own: whether the issue is with your immunity, digestion, moods, concentration or just feeling vaguely not-great, muscle-testing will find where the energy is blocked or deficient. Then we balance it gently using energy healing methods to put you back into your flow and feeling on top of your world again. Kinesiology is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine so it has 1,000’s of years experience behind it; most people find the sessions leave them feeling calm, relaxed and freed from concerns . Some people may not feel the need for hands-on work but want to take advantage of my understanding and experience to help them find and move forward on their life path. These sessions can be by phone or by Skype and are essentially Spiritual Life Coaching: I help you to unravel your goals and aims, find your inner focus and coach you in taking practical small steps to help you align with your Life Path. A series of minimum 3 sessions is recommended, pls send me a contact request to discuss how this works.
I need to explain why there is such a huge list of ’Issues I deal with’ on this page! I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist or hypnotherapist and would not address any of these syndromes or behaviours from that point of view. However when energy is out of balance it affects the whole person, at every level, and that imbalance can be manifested in a wide variety of ways, so none of the list are actually ’Issues I won’t deal with’, they are all possibilities. Special Online Booking Offers
At the moment (Sep 2013) my rates are based on £40/hour and these apply whether we’re doing massage, kinesiology or something else: this means we can be flexible and make sure that the treatment you receive is right for you right now. Most appointments are booked for an hour; for your first session we book 1.5 hrs to allow us time to find out what you want out of it and for this I charge £55. Massage appointments can be booked for 30 or 45 mins if we’re doing a limited area, eg back and shoulders only.
