About Evolving You
I’ve lived in Redditch for 30 years and know the community and understand its needs well. I ’ve also worked in high pressure environments of both education and the police service and in these modern times, life can often be a juggling act between work, family and social time. Hypnotherapy provides that time out, a space in your lives to focus on yourself. That led me to go to a hypnotherapist several years ago and it opened my mind - literally! After a series of sessions , I was feeling back in control and raring to go. In fact I felt a lot better after the first session.I was so inspired by the amazing benefits that I enrolled and trained to qualify as a clinical hypnotherapist and certified NLP practitioner/coach and Evolving You hypnotherapy was born. My core belief is to support the community and empower my clients to feel better and be in control of both their mind and body.

I must say that prior to my treatments I was a little skeptical about trying hypnotherapy. Coming from a science background I thought that there may have been other methods of treatment for my weight problem which would work better but I am so glad that I tried hypnotherapy through evolving you. My family and I are overwhelmed by the amount of weight I have lost after seeing Chem for weight loss sessions. I have so much more confidence now and couldn’t be happier with the results!
