About Christine Ashley
I have been a fully qualified Hypnotherapist for over 6 years, and have enjoyed every opportunity to help the clients that come to me. I truly believe hypnotherapy can change and heal your life. One of my earliest( and best) achievements was enabling my daughter to quit smoking - that was in 2008 and she still has no intention to ever smoke again. If you do WANT to give up smoking, it really works!I have also helped clients with tacking depression, anxiety, weight loss, stress, childbirth, phobias and a very grateful sailor who suffered from SEA-SICKNESS ( not recommended when you are in the navy). My youngest client was 12 and my oldest client is 97 - so it is a treatment that is effective at any age.
I can also offer the Hypno Gastric Band Therapy for weight loss.
Hypnobirthing - my latest course has been on Hypnobirthing, which is designd to help expectant mothers ( and fathers) enjoy the whole experience of pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood to the maximum. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful aid to the whole process.

I trained with Lorraine Gleeson of Clanfield via the Institute of Natural Therapy and she was brillant.I am entitled to use the letters MINT, MHSH and GQHP.
