I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. Whilst hypnotherapy can be used to treat a vast number of issues I am an expert in weight loss and helping my clients to deal better with stress and anxiety through hypnotherapy and counselling.
Everyone has different needs. I will personally tailor you a plan that will get you to your desired level of health and fitness and peace of mind.
It may be that like many of my clients you need support to break that chocolate habit or perhaps one or two biscuits leads to a packet or two. I can help you control that urge to over-indulge on sweet things and carbohydrates”

As a trained counsellor perhaps sometimes all you would like is someone to listen, someone to talk to who doesn’t judge and can help you to look at life a bit differently. I will work with you to find what works for you, be it hypnotherapy, counselling or a perhaps both . I’m here to help you feel better and to enable you to move forward positively”.

At your initial consultation you will receive a relaxing hypnotherapy taster session. I will then be able to tell you how many treatments you are likely to require. Each treatment will last up to an hour and usually costs £40. If you book four sessions or more you will receive a 10% discount.
I have a friendly , relaxed style which my clients tell me helps them to feel at ease and relaxed. I work either from home or the clinic, whichever suits your needs better. I am available daytime, evenings or weekends. Come and see me and have your questions answered”.

I have worked with clients on a wide variety of issues, including weight problems, anxiety, insomnia, stress and mild depression, lack of self esteem and confidence, nail biting, fear of driving to mention a few. I work with Aviva Insurance to provide their staff with an additional benefit and support . Having come from a corporate background I have this it helpful in understanding other people’s issues and stresses of work life
The work I have done with clients to help them with bereavement issues has been very well received and helpful to them.
Often the presenting problem is not the actual thing which needs to be addressed and having wide experience and training means I can help clients in this situation which is often quite different to their initial approach.

I am happy to conduct appointments at my home 5 miles south of Norwich or at the clinic in Norwich, whichever is more convenient.
