About Kate Jennings
I specialise in hypnotherapy for weight loss, including gastric band hypnotherapy.My approach is to combine hypnotherapy with life coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and cognitive behaviour techniques to offer a rounded and flexible therapeutic approach, tailored to suit individual needs of the client.
I offer a free consultation and all clients receive an audio recording of each of their sessions.
I’ve worked in the field of Learning & Development for the last six years, specialising in management development training and coaching and have always had a fascination with people and the workings of the human mind.
