About Louise Salmon
While I am trained and qualified in several different areas, I have found that there are two modalities that work best for me and my clients.One is through "Heal Your Life" coaching and workshops, based on the philosophy of Louise Hay.
The other is to work through Reiki. While I am giving Reiki, emotions and issues seem to surface in my clients, and the healing energy takes them naturally into a very relaxed state akin to hypnosis, from where we can work with any issues and emotions using a combination of regression and "Heal Your Life" techniques.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I am trained in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, having also done specialist training in CBT and working with depression.I now work mostly using Reiki to assist with age regression, allowing clients to revisit difficult situations from the past and help the child within to understand them with the benefit of hindsight and the intervening years of experience.
I am also a Certified Workshop Leader, having trained as a “Heal Your Life” (Louise Hay) teacher with Patricia Crane in 2004.
I lead weekend workshops for immediate transformational impact, and also ten week study groups which allow a slower imbibing of the process.
In 2012 I then trained (again with Patricia Crane) as a "Heal Your Life" Coach so can offer individual coaching to help release old negative patterns.
I use the principles I learned in this training within any session to assist in the letting go process, allowing the child within to forgive and move on more easily.
