About Relief Hypnotherapy
I am Claire Higginson and I am a fully qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist. The hypnotherapy sessions I run will provide you with a new perspective, giving you the tools to deal with a range of problems. Hypnotherapy can help you overcome phobias, fear of flying, low self esteem and can be a very cost effective way to help quit smoking and achieve weight loss.Our hypnotherapy sessions are run our practice in Burnage and we welcome clients from all over the Manchester area. We are now located in Burnage within very easy reach of Chorlton, Didsbury Fallowfield, Gatley, Levenshulme, Longsight, Northenden, Old Trafford, Stretford, Whalley Range, and Withington, and the city centre of both Manchester and Stockport.
I’ve already worked with many different people with a variety of issues. I have helped to find positive changes in people, helping them change their outlook in order to achieve their goals. I specialise in helping people overcome emotional difficulties (anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence issues and habits), and helping people to increase their motivation.

Diploma In Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills (Dip Hyp CS) I also have qualifications in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Dip.PC) and am a member of the counselling society.I also have degree BA (Hons) in design and art direction and have experience of working with special needs using art therapy

The first FREE Consultation is really about getting to know you. Much of the time is spent taking in your personal history and helping you structure a goal to achieve.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask me any questions or voice any concerns you may have. I believe that relaxation and the environment are key factors to any therapy, so it’s really important for you to start to feel at ease from this first session (session usually will last 1 hour). Further therapy sessions We’ll begin by talking over how things have improved since the last session, and then continue working in hypnosis. At each session there will be a chance for feedback, and to assess how well you are progressing towards your goals (most sessions last about an hour).
All other sessions are £50 Per Session
