About Break the Habit
My name is Julie Woodcock and since 2002 I have worked one-to-one with thousands of people to make major changes in their lives including quit smoking, lose weight and change their eating habits, remove stress and panic attacks and get rid of phobia. I use NLP and advanced hypnotherapy techniques so most issues need only one session to get permanent change.
I am fully qualified and insured - but I also have life experience! I’ve worked in industry and consultancy, in HR and Training and I’ve run my own business. I know what it’s like to be busy and stressed. You know what you "should" be doing. I’m here to help you achieve it!
Stop smoking is just one session. Cut down and take control of drinking is one session.
If you just want to cut out snacks or reduce portion size that’s one session. If you have a significant amount of weight to lose then there’s a Special Package of 4 sessions. At these sessions we can change what you eat, when you eat, how much you eat and perhaps most importantly for most people, why you eat. We also work on the motivation to exercise – or as I call it “move more”!
For stress, anxiety, phobia, panic attacks, confidence building and all of the other issues one session is often enough.

My training, work experience and any achievement
I am a Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH) 2002 and a Master Practitioner and certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming certified by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) 1997.
I trained with Anthony Robbins, leader in the field of personal development and Neuro Associative Conditioning in 1997.
I have a BA (Hons) Business Studies and started my working life in Personnel Management and Training in manufacturing industry before moving into Management Consultancy with Ernst and Young in 1989.
I started Break the Habit in 2002 working one-to-one with people who wanted to stop smoking, lose weight, remove stress and build confidence. I also work in companies improving Communication skills.
