Triskelle Hypnotherapy Clinic is based on the beautiful Isle of Man, with clinics within Laxey and Douglas, and availability all over the rest of island also. My name is Ali Duff- I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist who has set up Mann-ifest Hypnotherapy Practice to offer sessions for a wide variety of conditions ranging from weight control, stress/anxiety, phobia’s, smoking cessation, pain management, hypno-birthing and many more issues also.

Trained with the Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis Ali provides excellent therapy under hypnosis - basically it is therapy under hypnosis - therapy that affects people at every level; psychological, physiological, emotional and spiritual.

It works with your unconscious mind to move you past and beyond blockages that you might not even be aware of. Other than hypnotherapy, what other forms of therapy have the power to do that?

About Ali

For the last twenty four years I have worked as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. I have a wealth of experience in this field working equally with adults and children. This has given me a firm foundation to understand the awesome power of the mind.

I am a compassionate, intuitive and very experienced therapist. I understand that the mind and body are intrinsically linked and I frequently help clients achieve significant and rapid shifts by using these described qualities and skills.

I blend my natural intuition alongside hypnotherapy skills, (and knowledge of cognitive behavioural approaches) to provide therapeutic sessions that work towards building awareness and understanding, so facilitating rapid positive change for my clients. I also draw upon the world of metaphysics and focus upon the totality of mind, body and spirit.

There are times when we all need others to help us find our way in life. Ultimately, however, the answers we are looking for, lie within us, just waiting to be discovered.

I would describe my sessions as “Hypnotherapy and intuition blended together in a revolutionary way so as to bring new ways of perceiving ourselves and our problems and opening up our minds to hear and undertake insightful guidance.

These new perceptions and guidance then allow progress to occur, growth to be supported and health to be recovered naturally".

My main clinic is based in Laxey, but I work across the whole Island with clinic space available also in Douglas and home appointments available in certain circumstances.
