About Dr. Emma Rae Rhead

I offer private, one-to-one online sessions for adults who are functioning in their lives and able to take responsibility for themselves. The work is non-clinical, non-therapeutic, and offered outside a treatment model. It is presence-based and relational, and does not aim to fix or change anything. Instead, sessions offer a steady, human space to slow down and meet experience as it is.

I trained and practised as a medical doctor and later worked for over twenty years in private practice as a psychotherapist. I now work online within clear boundaries and offer a limited number of sessions each week. I do not offer crisis or emergency support, and I do not offer contact between sessions.
