As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. Often they have tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately they still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you.

Regardless of what brings people to see me they all have one thing in common:
They are motivated to get better, cope better or be better.
They are ready to get their lives on track.
And that is what I am passionate about and skilled at helping people to do!

In addition to the many different issues that the solution focused approach is effective at helping my personal passion is helping people with phobia’s, confidence, addictions, weight management and business success.

Having suffered with anxiety in the past, working in high pressure sales roles, whilst managing the demands of two young children. I understand how stress can impact every aspect of our lives, leading to weight gain, panic attacks, insomnia and negative self-talk.
As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a short period of time. I help my clients focus on what they want to achieve rather than on their problems. Sometimes clients feel a certain way, but they don’t know the reason why, or they don’t want to talk about why they feel the way they do.

I work with clients with anxiety, depression, weight management, sleep problems, confidence issues, imposter syndrome and many other areas. I help my clients to identify and work with their inner skills and resources, to help them to realise their potential and ability to make positive changes.

I saw Louise in Bromsgrove for hypnosis to stop smoking. I have tried hypnotherapy before and I wasn’t convinced that she could help me stop smoking in one session. It’s now 2 years since that one session and I promised her if I still wasn’t smoking 2 years later I would provide a review. She’s a professional hypnotherapist and I am really pleased that I did not smoke again after I left her office on that day 2 years ago. I know I will never smoke again.

I recommend Louise to absolutely everyone I know. I have suffered with anxiety and depression for over 20 years. I’ve been through all kinds of medication, all kinds of therapy and I walked past Louise’s office one day and picked up her website address from the sign. I was a little skeptical at first, as I had tried everything with little or no success. I’ve been seeing Louise for 6 weeks now and I live a completely different life. She has helped me overcome that feeling of a black fog around my head. I’m up and about every day now, taking my dog for walks, visiting friends and family. I’m also applying for jobs, this is something I never thought I would ever achieve a few weeks ago!
