About Tap With Jake (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- It’s a stress relief technique based on the ancient Chinese tradition of acupuncture without using needles but light tapping motion instead on the end points of these meridian channels, to simulate the bodies energy system.
- It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
- I’m based in Whitstable, Kent and have a lovely place to Tap here.
- If you are in London, I am there regularly and can come to you.
