About Melissa Collett-Mills
Many people seek counselling at a point of crisis in their lives, admitting you need help is very hard. Counselling offers you an opportunity to explore whats going on for you in a confidential and empathic setting, to help you gain a deeper knowledge about yourself, and find the answers to the questions you are seeking.
Counselling is the time for you to invest in yourself to achieve the positive changes you need. I am there to support you in identifying the solutions you need to help you move forward in your life.
I believe in providing a personal and individual approach to your counselling experience, and will tailor my approach to best suit your needs. To this end I offer a Free Initial Assessment so that we can discuss the suitability of counselling for you and what you are hoping to achieve. There is no obligation if you decide not to proceed.
