About New Start Counselling
I work with both Individuals and Couples. I am experienced in working with a range of client issues, particularly Relationships, Low self-esteem, Depression, Abuse, Bereavement and losses, dreams and particularly issues arising from childhood.Couples come for counselling when they want to improve their understanding of their relationship; how they can transform how they are both with themselves, and with their partner, and how together they can form a more satisfying relationship.
I have been working with clients since 2001. I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s "Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy".
Fees
Individuals: £50 per session of 50 minutes. Couples: £55 per session of 60 minutes; payment by Cash, Cheque, or Paym.

My training, work experience and any achievement
In 1998 I began my career in Counselling, gaining a Certificate and then a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling in 2002; then a Certificate in Time Limited Therapy, and a Certificate in Couple Counselling.I gained my BACP Accreditation and am on the UK Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP), and am a Registered Counsellor/ Psychotherapist.
I have a current DBS check at the Enhanced level to work with Adults and Children.
I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s "Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy".
