Welcome to my website I hope you find the following pages helpful. Often clients come to see me for the first time having spent years contemplating whether psychotherapy and counselling can be of any use to them. They find the mere thought of it disconcerting and perplexing and feel embarrassed that they need help. Sometimes a crisis or tragedy can be the reason for people to seek therapy, for some they are suffering from an addiction or have suffered a personal bereavement, but for others they wish to explore how they can lead a more rewarding and fulfilling life.If you are seeking therapy, for whatever reason, it is important that you find the right therapist for you. Research shows that it is the relationship between client and therapist that is paramount for successful therapy.
Each therapeutic encounter is unique allowing the possibility for you to bring whatever issues may be of concern in a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment.
