My passion is helping people to work through the many difficulties and challenges that life can often bring us.

I can help you to get to the root of your issues so that you feel more in control of yourself and your situation and are generally leading a more fulfilling life.

I care passionately about people and believe that life is about making a difference and helping eachother. As your Counsellor or Life Coach, I will not judge you, nor will I tell you what to do or ask you to be someone you are not. I will support you and provide you with a safe and confidential environment where we can work together to get to the heart of what is important to you.

I love my work because helping others to bring out the best in themselves is also what brings out the best in me.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I am fully qualified as both a Counsellor and Life Coach. My qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Coaching Practice and a Certificate in Mediation.

I am also responsible to a number of professional bodies and adhere to their Codes of Practice and Conduct. I am a Registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, and a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

I currently have a private practice in Plymouth and I also do client work for Twelves Company, an agency which supports clients who have experienced sexual assault, rape and sexual abuse.

In addition, I teach both Counselling and Life Coaching courses..
