About Neil Goulding
I offer one-to-one counselling at my home in West Meon, in the pleasant surroundings of the Hampshire countryside.Whatever your need for counselling, I will help you explore and understand your situation, towards helping you make choices in order to establish a healthy balance in your life.
I am passionate about counselling. I know it can be instrumental in liberating you from a troubled past or a troubled present, as well as giving you a greater awareness of your own potential.
I am happy to work in whatever way meets your needs and offer a free introductory session, so we can meet and discuss how we can work together. Thereafter, my fee is just £25 a session. I look forward to helping you.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have a BACP accredited Foundation degree in Humanistic Counselling, passing with Commendation. My experience includes two years as a counsellor with Life Changes Counselling in Southampton. I have had my own practice for several years and have experience of working in a wide range of areas.Age I Work With

I work towards heightening your awareness, so will help you with whatever concern or issue you come with. Typically I work with clients with stress, anxiety, depression, or with issues about sexuality, relationships, bereavement and loss. I also work with existential values as they underpin our way of being.
I treat every client as an individual, with a unique history and worthy of an individual approach that helps them as a person. Remember everything is connected and requires balance. Let me help you on your journey to achieving a healthy balanced rewarding life.
