About Hypnosis Northampton
Hypnosis Northampton is Graham Old’s Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy practice helping people in Northampton and throughout Northants.Focused on getting you the results you want, we are far more interested in helping you discover your future, than in exploring your past.
We specialise in client-centred hypnotherapy and solution-focused transformation.
Our particular areas of expertise are phobias, weight-loss, smoking and stress/relaxation.
We are based at the Abington Clinic, which is part of the prestigious Abington Health Complex in Northampton. However, we also offer home visits where necessary for a minimal additional charge of £10.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have a background in pastoral counselling and a long career in family support, mental health and learning difficulties.I originally trained with Jonathan Chase and the World Famous Academy of Hypnotic Art. Following that I sought out the World’s leading expert on conversational hypnotherapy, Stephen Brooks. Since then I have completely revolutionised my approach to hypnotherapy, with a focus on finding solutions instead of problems and being lead by the client instead of the therapist.
I am accredited by The Hypnotherapy Society and am a member of The International Association of Professional Conversational Hypnotists (IAPCH). I have also been awarded certificates in Coaching, Solution-Focused Therapy and Ericksonian Psychology.

I am also only one of 2 licensed virtual Hypno-Band Weight Loss System practitioners in Northampton.With a background in pastoral counselling and a long career in family support, mental health and learning difficulties, I have developed a compassionate, caring and contemporary approach to helping people live their lives to the fullest.
We also provide Hypnosis Training, having developed the ’Therapeutic Inductions’ approach to Hypnosis.
