About Cecilia Spencer
- I work privately as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in London and East Sussex with both adults and young adults, offering one to one and couple therapy.
- As your companion on your journey of self discovery I aim to provide a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space so that a trusting and supportive relationship can develop.
- During our initial, no obligation, consultation we will discuss what prompted you to seek therapy.
- We will explore what you would like to gain from therapy and I will suggest a possible way of working together which would be shaped by us in the following sessions. - You will get a chance to ask me questions and share any concerns.
- I have experience working with a wide range of personal issues with individuals from all walks of life.
