My training, work experience and any achievement

I have been working as a psychotherapist for nearly six years and have experience in working with many varied forms of psychopathology. For the majority of my career I worked at a therapeutic community in Birmingham which catered for clients with extremely complex mental health needs. Most of the clients came to the therapeutic community with some form of personality disorder diagnosis and presented such issues as self harm, suicidal ideation, bulimia and anorexia. I worked with these clients both in groups and individually and found that I have an aptitude for working with this type of client.

More recently I have set up a private practice in Lincoln and have enjoyed the experience of working with clients with a different level of mental health issues and challenges. In my time working with private clients I have worked with people who have presented as borderline, bi-polar, depressive and a variety of anxiety disorders.
