About Bud to Blossom Counselling Service
Sometimes life presents us with challenges and crises which are difficult to face alone or even with friends and family.
Sometimes all we want is for someone to listen and not try to make it ‘better’.
Sometimes we just need a different perspective on a familiar problem in order to change the way we think and feel about it.
Sometimes we feel we are capable of more or better but don’t know how to achieve it.
Counselling with an experienced counsellor in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space can also help with issues such as;
Bereavement and Loss, Low Self-Confidence, Relationship Breakdown, Stress and Anxiety(Relaxation), Depression, Crisis Pregnancy, Work/Life Balance, Post-Abortion Trauma, Play/Art Therapy, Children’s Counselling, Personal Development
Recognising that it is not always easy to get the work/life balance just right, and that we can all sometimes benefit from a gentle, listening ear. Bud to Blossom Counselling Service can offer face to face, telephone or online person-centred therapy sessions.
While concentrating in addressing the ’underlying’ issues our humanistic approach to therapy extends to bereavement, depression, family relationship difficulties, financial worries, stress and work-related issues.
If you would like to talk to someone about anything that is concerning you, be it in your personal life or at work, Bud to Blossom can offer you professional, qualified counselling.
