I have over 20 years experience counselling individuals, couples, workplace counselling, organisational EAP’s. 13 years experience with uniformed professionals. Police, Probation, Prison, Fire Service, Ambulance, Armed Forces, Local Government & front line services.I work with clients who have difficulties with relationships, loss, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, bullying,lack of confidence, assertiveness, health and many more issues that influence and affect their daily lives.
