About The Listening Centre
Hello, I’m Sharon, a 39 year old British female and experienced counsellor. I meet with clients in a ground floor purpose built counselling room with disabled access. I am a very ’down to earth’, friendly, straight-talking person and believe that if people are brave enough to come to counselling, they deserve the best help possible! If I’m not the best intervention for you, I’ll do my best to help you find someone who is as I know many counsellors in my area and their areas of specialities.I am also the proprietor of ’The Listening Centre’ which was established in 2002 in response to the needs of local organisations to provide welfare support and stress management solutions for their employees. We have grown to a team of 12 affiliate counsellors who provide a range of effective services that reduce the hidden costs of stress and promote an ethos of well being within the workplace. These services include counselling, mediation, critical incident debriefing and training workshops.
