In our modern world many of us have become disconnected from our true essence of what our life is about in terms of purpose or what makes us happy.
There can be so many reasons why we feel out of kilter physically or emotionally or both. In our society we separate the two with medical science and Psychological Therapy. However we originally saw the two as hand in hand. Our thoughts create many vibrations which can affect our bodies and those around us. I believe that we are affected by so many influences both seen and unseen that it is important to work on all to find an overall effective healing solution.
As humans we don’t always know what’s wrong, hence why traditional counselling can be slow and challenging.
I do still use the traditional counselling methods if it is helpful for you. But what is different about spiritual counselling is that it’s not human advice (i.e. my personal views which might not be correct) but divine advice who see the whole picture of your journey.
You bring the conscious things that you are aware of to the session and we discuss them. And they bring in the unconscious things you are not aware of so we can work on the big picture. Then they advise you through me on what to do to help you. It can be as simple as holding a crystal, to saying and creating relevant positive thoughts through to visualisations and angelic healing.
The sessions are often quite breathtaking and beautiful. I find that issues that could take months in traditional counselling can literally take one session to sort out because they know/see the whole picture whereas humans normally just see what is in front of us.
And what is also important is that when you leave a session you feel calm and centred – the angels make sure of it!
My training, work experience and any achievement
I am an experienced Counsellor and am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis.I began as a specialist in weight issues which is often a result from many life issues. This then led me to becoming a generalist, working with a wide variety of issues.
I discovered my ability to work with spirit in 2008 which has moved me in recent years to incorporating a holistic healing approach to help move my clients more quickly to the real heart of the matter and help with their healing in a much more nurturing way.
I therefore offer a combination of therapies using: traditional counselling, crystal therapy, working with the angelic realm, past life and cord cutting, through to Louise Hay Healing to rebalance heart, mind, body and soul.

Finding the right counsellor to work with is so important on your healing journey. Ensuring you can speak openly and honestly with them and liking their working style can make all the difference and ensure a more productive and enjoyable session for you. Therefore I offer a free 15 minute consultation designed to give you an opportunity to meet me and decide if it is for you.
Sessions
I personally find that a firm 50mins/1 hour session can sometimes be too short and cut off the discussion/healing at the wrong point. Therefore I offer up to 2 hours depending on what you bring and how long you need and where it is right to finish the session. This allows you to leave in a place that supports you for the rest of the week.
Cost: £55 for the session
