Colour Purple Associates "A new perspective" is the brainchild of Elizabeth Farrow BSc. Colour Purple therapy promotes positive mental attitudes and physical wellness through Counselling, Psychotherapy, Complementary medicine, Personal and professional development, Training and Supervision.


We provide a range of health and well being products and services. Using a collaborative approach we aim to meet clients and patients needs. All therapists are fully qualified, insured and undertake regular training and supervision.


Therapy is availble in Altrincham - Hale - Bowden - Sale - Bolton - Chorlton - Didsbury - Salford -
Greater Manchester - Wilmslow - knutsford -Alderley Edge - Cheshire

We offer home visits, telephone consultations and a unique after care service.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Elizabeth Farrow BSc (honours) MBACP has experience of working within various organisations including the NHS, the private health care sector providing Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision and Complementary Medicine. Elizabeth currently manages a service within the NHS and is also in private practice. She continues to lecture in further and higher education www.ifl.ac.uk (AC048255). She is a member of the NHS directory of Complementary Practitioners www.nhsdirectory.org (4425) and is the Regional Manager for The Complementary Therapy Association. Monthly meetings are held in Old Trafford to support therapists.

Elizabeth is committed to anti-oppressive practice and equal opportunities, is an individual member of the www.bacp.co.uk (547946) and works to the code of ethics to ensure her work is in accordance with good ethical practice and complaints procedures. Elizabeth is a member of the BABCP to support her CBT work. She has full professional indemnity insurance, an enhanced DBS and undertakes continuous professional development and supervision on a regular basis.
