About Rosanna Mulholland
I understand that it takes courage to make that first step and contact a counsellor for help. I will do my best to help you along the journey to feeling better. I can offer you a safe, confidential space while exploring your difficulties in a non-judgmental way.As a registered counsellor with both BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and also a member of BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapists). I work within their ethical framework for good practice and specialise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I offer both short and long term counselling and I can support you as you work through your difficulties and develop coping strategies. I work with a wide variety of issues, please see the extensive list below.

Experience:
Not only do I work with clients who approach me directly through my private practice, but I also receive referrals from the local GP surgery when the practitioners have felt that their patients would benefit from CBT therapy in addition to their GP care.

All enquiries and counselling sessions are treated as strictly confidential.I am situated in a convenient location close to the M1 motorway between Lurgan and Portadown.
