My passion is helping people improve the quality of their lives, on the body, mind, emotional and spiritual levels.
The therapies I’ve trained in enable me to touch the different levels mentioned above.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I have been involved with Natural Medicine since 1975, originally with the Emin Foundation, in Putney London 1975 to 1980.

I trained in Tai Chi with Yang family lineage Master Chu King Hung, from 1980-1986.Thereafter with several renowned Masters of Tai Chi and Qigong, including Bruce Frantzis,Wee Kee Jin etc.
I was made an Honorary Vice President of the Tai Chi Union in 2009,Britain’s largest register of qualified TC teachers.

My training in Shiatsu began in 1982.... I am the only teacher/practitioner in Worcestershire.MRSST (Teacher Member of the Shiatsu Soceity)

My training in Acupuncture began in 1985 at the College of Traditional Acupuncture.I qualified in 1988 and have worked in this field full time since then.

I am also an Angelic Reiki teacher/practitioner and a Biodanza teacher. Chairman of the Biodanza teachers association since 2008.
