Alba Health was set up by Helen Hayes, a traditional acupuncturist and a qualified member of the British Acupuncture Council. Helen treats a wide range of conditions and runs specialist clinics in the treatment of fertility, pregnancy and post natal issues. Clinics are based in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire (Longhope, nr Glos and Ross on Wye and Viney Hill, near Lydney).
Acupuncture treats; Back, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis, sciatica, knee problems, lower back pain, headaches, migraines, stress, anxiety, panic attacks and sleeping problems as well as digestive problems such as IBS.
Specialist clinics are run in the areas of; fertility, pregnancy problems, recurrent miscarriage, IVF support, women’s health, menopausal symptoms.
Acupuncture can strengthen the immune system, decrease pain, release endorphins and serotonin, regulate hormonal cycles and work on areas ordinary medicines find hard to treat.
Acupuncture can be incredible relaxing,so also good for stress and sleep.

Degree Qualified (BSc Class 2:1) in Acupuncture from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture .
