Removing Phobias For A Calmer Life
Do phobias stress you? Eliminate them permanently.
A lot of people that don’t have phobias dismiss them as something trivial; but in reality they are more than a silly fear. An individual with a phobia usually has an irrational fear concerning an animal, circumstance or environment and when exposed to them, high amounts of fear can be generated.
In their minds people with a phobia are likely to perceive the object of their phobia as posing inappropriate degrees of danger and respond accordingly. Because other people usually do not attach the same levels of danger to the same object the fear can seem silly.
In some extreme cases, even thinking about the source of their phobia will make the person feel panicky.
When someone creates avoidance in daily life specifically to avoid the thing they’re frightened of they would be classed as phobic. However, in some instances when the source of the phobia isn’t something the person comes into contact with regularly, like spiders; it won’t affect the way they live their lives too much.
There are two ’main’ kinds of phobia. These are simple and complex. Simple phobias are as a rule isolated to one specific trigger, such as frogs, rats, balloons, and travelling. Complex phobias have a number of facets to them like agoraphobia, white coat phobia and social phobia these can frequently be due to deep rooted beliefs about themselves and the environment around them being more dangerous than it really is.
Phobias are astonishingly common and most of them are remarkably easy to resolve. Most phobias originate from a traumatic event or incident that occurs in childhood that is surrounded by trauma and anxiety, and then evolves into a deep seated irrational fear.
Simple phobias as a rule respond very quickly to the use of hypnosis because it works on the subconscious where the root beliefs reside. Hypnosis allows the phobia sufferer to make changes at a subconscious level that enable them to get rid of or forget about the phobic trigger. Hypnotherapeutic specialist techniques allow the subconscious mind to learn new, more beneficial responses, and this is why hypnotherapeutic solutions are such a useful and long lasting remedy.
If a phobia affects your life in a substantial and negative way perhaps you should consider hypnosis as a way to make a significant change in your life by getting rid of your phobia once and for all.
Vivienne Dent from Southport Therapy based in Ainsdale Merseyside explained why in their view hypnotherapeutic solutions are extremely effective in stopping phobias. Using hypnosis it is possible to get to the root of when the phobia started and quickly eliminate it from the sub-conscious mind in sometimes as little as 1 session.
Vivienne Dent is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a full member of BSCH. (British school of clinical hypnosis) and she is an Accredited European EMDR Practitioner.
